FIRST LOOK: Everybody’s Talking About Jamie New West End Cast (Shane Richie, Layton Williams, Hayley Tamaddon)

Following an extraordinary and emotional farewell to many of the cast on Saturday night, culminating in a 15-minute standing ovation and a queue at the stage door stretching the full length of Archer Street, Everybody’s Talking About Jamie shares the following news:

  • Today Everybody’s Talking About Jamie welcomed new cast members including Layton Williams as Jamie New, Shane Richie as Hugo/Loco Channelle, Hayley Tamaddon as Miss Hedge, Sejal Keshwala as Ray and Sabrina Sandhu as Pritti Pasha.
  • Tomorrow the second national encore cinema screenings of Everybody’s Talking About Jamie take place across the UK with the outgoing John McCrea as Jamie New.
  • A UK Tour of Everybody’s Talking About Jamie is to commence in 2020.
  • Everybody’s Talking About Jamie recently celebrated its 500th performance in the West End and looks forward to its 1000th!

Everybody’s Talking About Jamie, the award-winning feel good musical sensation, today welcomes new cast members for 2019. Layton Williams takes over the title role, Jamie New, joined by Shane Richie as Hugo/Loco Channelle, Hayley Tamaddon as Miss Hedge, Sejal Keshwala as Ray and Sabrina Sandhu as Pritti Pasha. Rebecca McKinnis continues in the role as Jamie’s Mum, Margaret.

Everybody’s Talking About Jamie, which recently celebrated its 500th performance in the West End, also announces there will be a UK Tour of the show commencing in 2020*.

Following the live cinema screening of Everybody’s Talking About Jamie in July 2018 into over 500 cinemas, encore screenings will take place on Tuesday 29 January across the UK providing a final chance to see John McCrea as Jamie New.
